O Holy Night

Adolph Adam composed the music to this well-known carol O Holy Night (Cantique de Noel) in 1847 to the poem ‘Minuit, Chretiens’ by Placide Cappeau. The English text by John Sullivan Dwight reflects on the birth of Jesus and of mankind’s redemption.

This arrangement is for euphonium soloist and band accompaniment. It is a relatively straightforward transcription allowing the soloist to concentrate on delivering a good quality tone.
